I have spoken to groups of adults and students of all sizes. I have done keynotes, been the emcee at youth gatherings and rallies, and been a guest speaker at many churches. No matter the size of the group, or the setting it is in, my goal is always the same. To connect students and  adults to Jesus.
Here are some common questions I get and some I ask that will help us figure out if I can help.
How much will it cost?
Probably the most common question. While compensation is important, I don't think it is the most important thing to ask. I'm not in this for extra $.

Have you prayed and asked God for guidance in bringing in your speaker?
Have you sent me some info and background on your event, so I have a chance to ask God what his will is? Give me a call or an email.
Once God has spoken to both of us, then lets go forward.
Now,let’s figure out how much?
If you have covered the prayer angle, then God is going to clear the way financially. I know that in that process you will be fair. I have no idea what your budget is. Events where there will be a 1000+ students, are much different than a camp with 30 students budget wise. I always take that into consideration.
I most often simply ask for what has been budgeted or is being paid to the other speakers, as well as considering travel. Email me. Tell me about your event, who are you reaching, how much did you dudget for speakers? We will find a way to make it happen.
The bottom line is really that this is a ministry. I don't feel led to do this to make a living. I felt God calling me to do this, and to tell you the truth started this kind of reluctantly, but trying to be obediant to God. The hardest thing for me is to take time away from my family. So as far as $ goes, I have always felt that I will pursue ministry and God will provide.
